General Terms and Conditions of Trade

Delivery and Payment Conditions Books and Software
  • From abroad: Order only possible with credit card
  • Switzerland: Invoice payable within 30 days net without any discount
  • Complaints and returns within 10 days
  • Software may only be returned sealed and with the original packaging
  • Attention: All prices are stated without proportionate shipping charges - these will be calculated according to "Die Post" (go to: "www.post.ch") and added to the total order amount
  • All courses booked (incl. events and seminars) are free of shipping charges


Participation Requirements
  • Registrations have to be addressed to Richemont Fachschule, Seeburgstrasse 51, 6006 Lucerne. Telephone 041 375 85 85, Telefax 041 375 85 90, Email info@richemont.cc, Internet www.richemont.cc (online booking possible).
  • Euro prices serve as recommended prices. The prices are adjusted to the individual, current exchange rate.
  • The course fee has to be paid until 10 days before beginning of the course. Groups have to pay a deposit of 20 % of the total course fee with course reservation. Post-office account 60-10886-8 or bank account Luzerner Kantonalbank 01-00-552501-09.
  • We also accept all common credit cards for our services. Please state card number and expiry date.
  • Above listed prices include: day seminar: course, course documents and lunch (excl. drinks); several days' seminars: incl. full board (basis double room, Hotel Richemont, single room with extra charge). External students pay 80 % of the course fee. There is no refund for unclaimed services/meals.
  • A price reduction of 10 % is granted, if several persons of the same company participate in the course.
  • The insurance coverage is always in the responsibility of the participant.
  • With the cancellation of a confirmed course, 30 % of the total fee are charged as administrative costs, 100 % for non-excused absence.
  • The secretary's office needs to be informed in time with early departure (opening hours 07.30 - 17.15 h). A refund of the course fee will only be paid in case of hardship.
  • The school administration may cancel a course without subsequent costs with at least one-week notice, in case the number of participants is insufficient. The courses are also subject to short-term changes in programme.
  • If requested, course confirmation will be given with a training paper, available at a one-time fee of CHF 15.-. The course confirmation itself is free of charge.
  • Working clothes are required and mandatory (jacket and apron) with courses involving practical work.
  • The Mediathek is available to the participants of the courses, seminars and graduate courses during the posted opening hours and according to the terms and conditions of use. These are an integral part of the course participation requirements.
  • Discipline violations may lead to exclusion by the head of the school. Claims for the remaining course fee will not be possible.
